Our goal is to engage the residents of Benson in a dialogue about our community by:

Educating the residents about Benson’s changing landscape over time

Utilizing the knowledge of longtime Benson residents
to educate other residents about our Cultural & Natural History

Utilizing the knowledge of Botanists, Geologists, Naturalists
and other experts to educate the residents of Benson about our Natural History

Discussing what Benson is like in the present

Developing materials to educate children and adults throughout this process

Recording, preserving and sharing the knowledge obtained from these processes
